Personality:
Almost militant, this Dalmation works almost robotically. He eats, roams, does his business, then sleeps. At least, that's before he came here. Now he hopes to establish a home here, and dominate and reign over all. Will his dream of tyranny come true?

Nothing, except perhaps killing and fighting?

Everything, unless proven otherwise.

No self control.
History:
Born into the streets, he grew up with numerous scoundrels. Royalty amungst thugs, if one could daringly call him such. He was a purebred, so therefore, he was promptly outcast from the activities of the other rogue mutts. Discrimination against the discriminated, ironic, no? This turned him into a rather cold-hearted creature. Almost militant by his nature, he turned into a cruel dog. Others jumped him for the sheer fun of a fight, yet time after time, he refused to fight back, believing it was much too wrong.
Until one day, he struck back. Needless to say, it left a duo dead in his wake. And a thirst for blood within him. However, after killing innocent by-standers so no one would know of his 'crime' against his own kind, the Dalmation ran and fled to this place, hoping the bloodlust had gone away. But had it?
