Name: Rembrant
Age: 4 years
Gender: Female
Breed: Rottweiler
Personality: Rembrant is a tricky charactor. At times she is friendly, inviting, helpful if you will. Other times she's aggressive, ready to go into red zone at the first sign of speech. She is a very moody dog with a lot of vices that may, one day, come back to bite her, literally. She is definatly a fight starter, a dog who will never back down a challenge.
Likes: Male dogs, pups
Dislikes: Female Dogs (some), Idiots
Fears: Thunder
Strengths: Size and muscel
Weaknesses: Puppies
History:
Rembrant's life started great. She was born to a breeder in Germany, one known to produce only the best top quality rottweilers, ones that became world champions. Her sire and dam held a showing record due to make your jaw drop. At 8 weeks of age she was shipped from her home in Germany, to America, and was sold to another breeder and top show person. At 6 monthes of age she was entered in her first show. She took third after making it to the last round. Life was great.
And then, things changed. Her owners started running low on money, and after finding the surprising news of their pregnancy decided that their dog showing carreer would have to be put on hold. Thinking they did not want to ruin such a superb dog, Rembrant was sold to a breeder, another well known show person. She was moved into lower class kennels, and shown only two more times. Still, after doing her best and taking 2nd, and even a best in show her kennel conditions did not improve. Her owner decided to breed her at age one, a choice that was not so smart. For some strange reason, none of the breedings took. She was placed in a rugged breeding program, where she was viciously bit and snapped at and bred to every day. Nothing took. Scared and almost ruined, once more she was sold. This time to a nice family with children. Still angered by the breeding scars Rembrant lashed out at anything possible, and the day before getting put down for aggression, escaped into the city streets.
