It was midday when Kemen came out from the alleyways, his mixmitched colored coat matted. Orbs darted to the streets, looking for any walking humans. He despised them, wished them all dead. No humans were about where he was. Quickly turning his crown to the side, he noticed puppies shown in a window. Ha! he thought, such a sad, sad life you all have...not that I care. Cruel. He walked along side the glass window, strutting, showing the pups how nice it was to be free and that they weren't. Then he remembered that there must be food inside.
Pillars brought him to the front door. He would have to be smart about stealing and not going back to the pound. Sly, Kemen was as he crept into the store, everything silent. The manager was on the phone, his back turned to Kemen. Kemen rolled his eyes. How easy is this? he thought to himself as he took a bag of treats from the shelf before sprinting out of the store, quietly though, as to not alert the manager.
Safely outside, he shook his crania side to side. It shouldn't have been that easy and yet it was. Something wasn't right. Kemen just kept walking with the bag of treats in hiss mouth and settled in the alleyway next to the pet store, hidden in complete darkness.

As he settled into the darkness if the alleyway, a tan and black fae sprinted around a corner and loped down the street. Her tiara swiveled to see of the butcher was following her any more, it looked like she had lost him. The huge slab of steak on her mouth was dripping slightly, it had been a good day. She looked around and noticed a nearby alleyway and headed to it. It was dark inside and her eyes soon adjusted, she smelled a brute.
She growled and started to slowly back out of the alley, it was her food and she wouldn't let any brute take it from her. Azris stood her ground and glared at the wolf hybrid, hoping he would just let her leave without conflict.

Harks perked as he sensed another presence. Nares caught onto a mouth watering smell. Steak and a female. A smirk came across his maw as she backed up in fear. Standing, he walked into the light, his black and brown mixed coat looking as ragged as ever, making him look completely insane. "What have you got there? Something for me?" he smirked and let out an evil laugh before his harks flattened against his neck.
Pillars brought him closer to the fae, his lip curled. "Hand it over and everything will be fine. Steak is just what I have been craving." Kemen just sounded insane, at least when he knew what he wanted that is. The look in his eye; desire. He would get it one way or another. He let out a low growl, warning her. Although only a bit bigger than she, his strength was much greater, she wouldn't stand a chance. Orbs turned from a dark chocolate to dark jet black in color. The food would be his.

There was a flicker of hatred in her eyes, this was just the type of brute she hated. She shook her head, she wouldn't give the food she worked for to him just because he was bigger than her. Giving into an aggressor was a huge sign of weakness. And that was something she refused to be; weak. She sunk her teeth into the meat, making some blood drip to the ground in front of her. Her ears went flat against her head and her chocolate brown eyes narrowed dangerously.
They swiveled around her surroundings, she could possibly outrun him in a sprint, but he had her in endurance. This would be tricky. Her long, thin legs bent as she crouched slightly, she was getting ready to bolt. She secured the meat in her jaws and then sprung. She bolted for the cross street, her long, powerful legs propelling her faster and faster by the second. She hoped he wouldn't pursue her, but she dared not turn to compromise her speed. She just kept her body long as she bolted.

Kemen knew these streets the the back of his paw. The moment the fae looked like she was about to bolt, he spring into a run, running through the alleyways, following her there. A trash can stood at the end of one alleyway. He was a little bit ahead of her at this point. He ran up to the trash can and mounted it, his front paws leading the way into a full fledged jump in which he almost took flight, his body outstretched to achieve more distance.
It was key to get down and the right moment and he chose it precisely. The brute's full body weight came down onto the fae as she tried to bolt by right when he started his jump. Landing on her, she flopped to the ground, her meat flying to the sidewalk on the other side of the street. Cold jet black eyes stared into her chocolate ones. "No one runs from me little missy." he growled, lip curled. Kemen looked like he was about ready to tear her to bits. Well, truthfully he wanted to, but she wasn't worth it. Pathetic he thought.
Muscular pillars brought him over to the meat. The fae would be pretty injured when she tried to stand up from the crushing weight of this brute's body mass. Picking up the tender meat in his jaws, he walked back to the fae. "Enjoy it. I will find my own food." he said, dropping it at her paws and whirled around to leave.

Her thin frame was slammed into the ground with such force it made her want to yelp. She held in the feeling lay against the cold ground until he got off of her. Her face was scratched from the tackle and her tan fur on her cheek was tinted red. She had bruises all over and her side hurt emensely, but that wouldn't stop her. She glanced at the meat and growled, it was low at first but it grew in strength and volume until it was a full on snarl. Her front paws gripped the black pavement as she tried to pull herself to her feet. Her nails dug into the ground as she hoped for more support. She finally stood and turned to face the brute. When she spoke for the first time to the brute her voice was strained but was still crisp and innocent sounding. "What, are you afraid to stay and fight?"
The femme stood her ground, her head low and her fur standing on end. She favored her right side for her left front paw was bleeding slightly. Her lip curled up, showing her long white fangs, she would never back down from a fight, no matter the odds. Though her body looked worn, her eyes had a fire in them. Her spirit could not be broken no matter how hurt she became.

This angered Kemen. He never backed down from a fight and he wasn't now. Whirling around to face her, he smirked and growled, his face now inches from hers. "I'm not backing away from a fight. It couldn't even be considered that. I gave you your food. Be happy you are alive." he said and snapped a bite at her face and then moved his face to her cheeck and smashed his large head against hers, bashing her to the ground.
Snorting and walked over to the fae now laying on the floor. "Don't think I haven't killed before. You're a lucky one." he said, placing his paw on her throat, making it hard for her to breathe. His cold black eyes stared back at her, a smirk planted on his face, the one that made it looked like he was crazy. Well, he was. Killing came natural to wolves as it did him. If she wanted a fight, she would be dead no questions asked.

She still was not afraid, even laying on the cold ground, her breathing slightly constricted. He started to put more pressure which made it harder, but she continued to let out a low snarl. "I'm not afraid of you. You are a sad excuse for a wolf." Her gaze bore into his, she didn't fear death, but she knew she had stepped too far. It was too late to take it back and she refused to beg for forgiveness, she was too stubborn to do anything of the sort.
She kept his gaze and didn't flinch or show any signs of change as he pushed constantly harder on her throat. It would take a lot more than that to take her down. Azris was not one to go down without a fight, and a long one at that. "Get off of me." she snapped when Kemen didn't move.[/sup]

The words that came from the fae's mouth hit him like a ton of bricks. No one would speak to him that way. Lip curled, showing his razor sharp fangs. He snarled and growled before biting her right shoulder, puncturing it, blood spurting everywhere. "What did you say b.itch? I may be half wolf but no one tells me I am a bad wolf." There would be no mercy here.
Paw slowly let her up. Never had his wolf side pulled back after the rage set in, but his eyes returned to his dark chocolate color. A look of confusion hit him. Not even in the sewer fights had he reacted this way. He didn't like it. "This isn't over. We will meet again." he said. And with that he disappeared into the shadows of the alley. Love was his weakness and it was starting to settle in. He would head to the sewers and begin fighting again to regan his name.
